James Rucker is a Steward-At-Large and has a collections background.  He began his career in 1979 as a Revenue Representative in Fort Worth.  In 1981, he transferred to Dallas.   After being selected as a Revenue Officer in 1982, he worked in the Odessa/Midland POD until March of 1990. James transferred back to a downtown Dallas collection group after one of the groups in Odessa/Midland was abolished.  James has been a steward for 10 years.  James has acted as Chief Steward on several occasions and really enjoys representing employees on any contract issue.  He has done an excellent job of resolving a variety of issues by facilitating discussions between employees and management.

He enjoys motorcycling, movies, shooting pool and fishing.
